For the first time since I started this blog I missed wishing you all happy Christmas. It was a busy one this year with family over, wedding planning and work, I have to admit it has been a hard task to juggle everything. I hope you all had a very happy Christmas and enjoyed a well deserved break.
I also missed Love, Life and Makeup's fourth birthday in December. I'm so grateful for all your support and for the opportunities LL&M has presented me.
To round off the year rather than creating a bunch of resolutions I doubt I will keep I thought I would tell you about my favourite things I have loved / enjoyed in 2015:
This year I got my first designer bag and I am now addicted to MK bags, I was even lucky enough to get one this Christmas from my lovely Fiancée.
Adult colouring books:
I actually got my first adult colouring book in 2014 but this year I've really started using mine as way to tune out and relax!
My love of doughnuts continues (especially glazed doughnuts), however I also got my first taste of cronuts this year at The Marker Hotel while at a Image Magazine business breakfast and they were just as delicious and addictive as you would expect.
I love skincare and a new product I discovered and continued to love throughout the year was the Glam Glow Supermud mask, it was great as an extra exfoliant and helped clear pores.
Leather jackets, leather skirts and leather look trousers...leather was here to stay for another year and I loved it. My black leather jacket got serious wear this year and was a staple in my wardrobe.
I've continued to love shows like First Dates (being the hopeless romantic I am) and junk TV like Say Yes To The Dress. However I've also surprised myself by becoming obsessed with the likes of The Flash. The flash is a modern take on a classic comic book superhero.
Whether it was scrolling through Pinterest or a magazine, since moving into my new house I have been obsessed with the latest home trends and I have had to seriously restrain myself from buying the entire contense of stores like Next, Ikea and Zara Home.
I got engaged in early January to my partner in weirdness and I can't wait for our future together.
Happy New Year to you all! What were your favourites in / about 2015?
